Set in the middle of Pago de Ingenio Valley, in Santa Lucia, it is surrounded by a beautiful palm grove and typical Canary Island buildings. This house is a paradise for those who wish to loose themselves in the natural environment, amid the lush vegetation that runs along the edges of the Tirajana Gorge, with villages well worth visiting in the neighbourhood, such as Casas Blancas, La Sorrueda, El Sitio, El Valle, El Mundillo, etc.… All of these share a common denominator: a rich and unspoilt natural setting that is highly representative of the island.

Cercado de Don Paco is the result of refurbishing an old barn and a tool shed with scrupulous respect for the standards of traditional Canary Island architecture: the frontage is dressed in local stone, pine wood door jambs and lintels, pitched pine wood roof with shingles, broad Canary Island porch in pine wood shingles and stone work.

The 93 m2 house is surrounded by four hundred square metres of fruit orchards – orange trees, fig trees, plum trees, apricot trees, guava trees, avocado trees, etc. - all for guests to try.

There are two spacious bedrooms, full bathroom with a shower and a spacious lounge – kitchen with all the comforts of home. Furthermore, it has a swimming pool that is isolated from the rest of the plot and an upper floor, for the security of children and a sun bathing deck with incredible views over the surroundings.

The ideal spot for those in search of peace and quiet.
